I'm seriously pale. I have a great moon tan. In some lights I'm almost transparent. So I didn't think I could ever wear orange, and especially not an orange so bright it threatened to suck all the other colours out of the photos. Maybe I actually can't do orange and I'm just kidding myself, but then aren't clothes all about pretending? (Oh, are they not? My bad). I found this top and daisy print shorts in Miss Selfridge, a shop I haven't patronised since 1995 when they had those ace heart crop tops, not that I ever owned said top, but maybe I can now as there is
currently one selling for £1.99 on eBay. Since I was in a bit of an orange daze I wasn't that sure about accessories, but I thought maybe silver would be a good match, as gold would surely mingle with the carrot hue and implode into a sticky squash mess?
